Sport Physiotherapy accepts most insurances plans Out of Network including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare and several others. We are also a Medicare provider. Physical Therapy is a covered benefit on almost all medical insurance plans. The allowable number of visits per year or per condition varies from plan to plan. We work with each individual patient to provide the best and most affordable plan possible.

At Sport Physiotherapy, we understand how confusing insurance can be. As a courtesy Sport Physiotherapy will bill your insurance company for you and help explain your explanation of benefits (EOB’s) as questions arise
