Running Injuries Including Tri-Athletes

A number of injuries are associated with runners, ranging from shin splits to IT band syndrome to Archilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprain and patellofemoral pain.

We will work with runners to help them reduce inflammation and pain from injuries and provide a program of exercise that will help prevent these injuries from recurring. We are also in touch with local running coaches and groups for outreach.
